Evelyn Cunningham Spagnoletti
Received an email from Evelyn regarding our get well card from the reunion. She was surprised and very touched. Keep her in your thoughts for a continued recovery.
Harriet Evans Betts
I received a wonderful note from Harriet thanking us all for sending the 'thinking of you card' from the reunion. I also sent her the directory and the other handouts from Saturday night. She said she is doing much better and hopes to return to work next week.

Here are some comments from non attendees:
"Sorry I missed it – life has been insanely busy this year. Next one = 50th. I need to see Enots Mot (Tom Stone), Bix, Larry Shipps, others I missed at 40th." - Glenn Prestwich -- left us in 8th grade

Didn't make it to the gig - quite obvious - and I gotta thank you for the work that you did and the blog that you put together.
The vicarious pleasure looking at the photos was worth your effort.
Thanks again and who knows what 2016 may bring?

Looks like everyone had a great time. Sorry I couldn't make it, My husband and I were in Virginia on a much needed vacation. I am hoping to make the next one.
I hope you realize that everyone appreciates all your hard work. I don't know how you find the time to do all you do. It was great to see the photos of everyone, I had a hard time placing some of the people. Thanks again.

Top 10 Reasons we chose to have a 45th reunion
Top 10 Reasons we chose to have a 45th reunion as presented Saturday night by Jim Myers
10. To quote Chris Perry, at our 40th reunion, "We should start having these every 5 years because pretty soon we'll all be dropping lie flies."
9. We couldn't wait another 5 years to hear Dave Vermilya's collection of "British Invasion" hits
8. Given the country's current economic turmoil and the rather pathetic slate of potential Republican Presidential candidates, we thought this would be a perfect opportunity to draft Kevin Fitch 2012. ( Kevin's Response: If chosen I will not run, if elected I will not serve)
7. We were afraid that if we waited a full ten years, Wayne Trivelpiece's collection of Hawaiian shirts would be all worn out.
6. We all wanted to sample the beautiful fall weather in CNY which changes every few minutes
5. We just had to see Jim McNitt and Tom Stone.
4.
3.
2. We wanted to make sure that all of you who were so kind, generous and loving to our good friend and classmate, Dick Shanahan during his terrible illness, would get the opportunity to see how well he is doing these days.
1. And the number 1 reason -- we really needed to give Debby Doolittle something to do.

The comment I got the most was, "I thought you were taller." I've been just under 5'7" since 7th grade. Since my physical a month ago, I found out I'm now 5'5". So I guess the ones making the comments were a little smaller and now had a better perspective since we all have grown and aged.
